No-Sugar Strawberry Jam
1-1/2 cup unsweetened frozen berries (375 ml)
1/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate (50 ml)
1-1/2 tablespoons Minute Tapioca (20 ml)
Mix ingredients and let stand for 5 minutes. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Cool for 20 minutes. Put in jars and store in refrigerator.
