Below is a list of most of the pepper plants we grow.  We also grow Tomatoes and other Vegetables.  These are available at the farm for a few weeks from early May through late June.   Our wide selection of homegrown Perennials and Herbs is available from April 30th through September.

We grow only great tasting varieties that produce well in Wisconsin.        *Nino's personal favorites

Sweet JUPITER Green>red 70 Large, thick-walled bell pepper; productive; reliable.
Sweet KING ARTHUR Green>red 59 Huge; early; high yielding; adaptive.  Good flavor.
Sweet RED BEAUTY* Green>red 68 Large; early to turn red.  Sweet, productive.
Sweet GYPSY* Yellow>red 60 Our favorite sweet pepper. Great taste, productive.
Sweet MUSCATO Orange 75 Gorgeous orange.  Thick walled, productive, adaptable.
Sweet CARMEN (bulls horn)* Red 60 Early; incredibly sweet.  Horn shaped.  Easy; adaptable
Mild PAPRIKA* red 85 Use dried to make excellent spicy paprika powder.
Mild ANCHO             (= Poblano) green>red 76 Large, flatish, heart shaped.  Chile rellanos.  GOOD!
Mild BIG CHILE(Anaheim) green 68 Large yield of large anaheims.  Nice roasted.
Moderate HUNGARIAN WAX yellow 67 Spicy hot, banana shaped.  Great for pickling, salsa.
Moderate JALAPENO green 65 Prolific, versatile.  Salsa; pickling. Smoked=chipotle.
Moderate SUPER CHILI* red 75 A favorite for chili.  Great dried. Compact, attractive.
Moderate CAYENNE red 72 Very good for chili, sauces, drying.  Also ornamental!
Hot SUPER THAI red 70 Tasty, very hot.  High yield of short, upright peppers.
Super hot HABANERO orange 95 Grown for bragging rights.  Very hot!!!
